After returning from a vacation to Orlando, we often hear people say they are exhausted and need a vacation from their vacation.   After taking the time to personally learn the “in’s and out’s” of Orlando resorts, parks, guide services and as a destination, I developed Orlando Vacation Itineraries to give clients a vacation instead of being lead into exhaustion by the “Mouse”!

Believe it or not, visiting Orlando can be RELAXING, FUN, and a mix of ACTIVITIES to make all ages of the family members feel they had a vacation!

WHERE TO STAY? The Ritz Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes and Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World are my TOP PICKS! Both of these 5 star resorts have wonderful locations and luxurious resort amenities!

The Ritz Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes

  • Located “Minutes from the Magic, Miles from the Madness”

  • Club Level gives you an oasis to relax and enjoy generous food and beverage offerings throughout the day and night. The Club became our favorite place to watch the fireworks!

  • Most comfortable beds! I actually purchased one for my home!

  • Resort Activities such as fishing, mountain biking, kayak eco-tours, sea plane, golf and spa

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort

  • Just celebrated it’s 3rd birthday!

  • Located in the gated community of Golden Oak

  • On Site Disney Planning Center

  • Explorer Island includes family pool, Splash Zone, Lazy river, and Waterslides

  • Beautiful Boutiques including Missoni Mouse ears

HOW TO GET AROUND?

  • For the most convenient and luxury car services in the area contact http://www.mearstransportation.com EXCELLENT service! I HIGHLY recommend prearranging this service for airport transfers and round trip car services to local attractions.

ORLANDO VACATION TIPS:

  • Arrive in Orlando greeted by Mears Transportation to help collect luggage at baggage claim and escort you to a car awaiting you curbside.

  • Rooms are never guaranteed to be ready before “check-in time” but when working with a travel advisor with RITZ STARS and FOUR SEASONS PREFERRED PARTNER Memberships as well as a travel advisor who contacts the resort with your ETA information, you should be at the TOP of the list for an EARLY check in!

  • Day of arrival, relax at a poolside cabana, have a leisurely lunch while the children swim or play in the nearby areas that include foosball, ping pong, air hockey, pinball etc…

  • Have the Mears luxury transfer prearranged to take you to a park. Door-to-Door luxury service is much better than any monorail, boat or bus!

  • Arrival at the park: Universal and Disney Parks are so much fun but do not need to be a morning, noon an night event! Park Tips: If you choose to visit a Universal Park, be sure to purchase the Express Passes or VIP guide services to skip the lines. If you choose to visit a Disney Park, a guide is worth every penny to help you fast pass the attraction lines. A guide does not need to cost $3,000+/day. There are guide services available at a fraction of the cost of guides employed by the parks.

  • For days you are going to the park the goal is to be back at the resort by 2pm to rest and relax. An afternoon with the children at the Kids Club or The Hideout while the parents have some time to decompress at the spa or adult only pools.

  • It’s truly a vacation if you are not an amusement park every day of your vacation. Have a good mix of days at the park and days spent at the resort enjoying destination activities such as fishing, biking, golf, etc…

  • Restaurants at the Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons truly offer dining experiences we have become accustomed to in Bergen County.

  • Be sure to take advantage of the Dive-in Movies located at the resorts on certain evenings. Makes for a FUN dining experience!

ORLANDO FLORIDA EXPERIENCE CLIENT REVIEW:

“Julie has been planning my vacations for years, both family trips and romantic getaways.  Her recommendations are always spot on and the perk of using her services can't be beat.  She recommended the Four Seasons Orlando and we have already booked a second trip there.  Starting with a professional driver transferring us from the airport, we arrived on-site with a much appreciated upgrade to a Park View. Our room was personalized with a framed family picture next to our bed with cookies and fruit that my girls loved.  To top off an amazing hotel, she suggested that we use a tour guide! The guide made what could be a stressful, long day, seamless and easy!  We rode every ride, saw every show or character and had every restaurant request handled without picking up the phone once!  Can't imagine going back to Orlando without using the services of Jet Set Getaways!
